3. How many people are there in your factory? What is the monthly production output?
Our factory currently employs over 700 people and has a monthly production capacity of 800,000 units.
4. I don't have my own design. Can you design it for me?
We have our own R&D team, capable of providing OEM/ODM production and ordering services, ensuring seamless connection from design to production implementation.
5. Do you provide free samples?
We can apply for free inventory samples for you as complimentary samples, and you only need to cover the shipping costs.
6. Will the sample fee be refunded after placing the order?
Our sample fee will be refunded after you place an order (the quantity meets our minimum order quantity: 200 pieces per style and color)
7. What is the minimum order quantity for a customized order?
200 pieces, mixed packaging of 1 style, 1 color, and 4 sizes
8. How long is the delivery time?

Bulk ordering time:
It takes approximately 35-55 days after confirming the pre-production samples.

9. How is your after-sales service
We have a comprehensive after-sales service system, where any quality issues can be resolved or replaced. Under the premise that the goods are complete (packaging and tag intact; product unused, unwashed, and odorless), a seven-day return and exchange service without reason is provided from the date of self-sign-off.
10. What are your delivery terms?
We utilize commonly used international and domestic courier services such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, and SF Express
11. Can you customize logos and packaging?
We can customize logos and packaging. We are capable of producing logos through offset printing, silicone printing, reflective silver printing, bronzing, embroidery, etc. Additionally, we can tailor packaging bags and boxes according to customer specifications.
